Sell training camps.
Prepare athletes and coaches.

Manage camp dates, accommodation, coaching packages, participant goals and equipment. Connect individual preparation to the coaches, hosts and daily training schedule.

A road bike drivetrain and wheel are prepared beside helmets and another bike at a lodge.
The booking is the beginning

A dated camp with coaching and accommodation.

Participants book a camp week, choose their room and select a training package. Optional individual coaching, equipment hire or transfers add details that the delivery team needs. A deposit reserves the place while a clear schedule explains the remaining payments.

What needs to work together

A participant’s goal or equipment request should inform the coaching plan. Room choices and dietary needs should inform the venue. Collecting answers without connecting them to those tasks leaves the organiser doing the translation.

How it works

From the booking to a team ready to deliver.

01

Sell the training experience

Present dates, coaching inclusions, room choices and additional sessions. Let participants reserve with a deposit and see the remaining payment schedule.

02

Prepare useful participant records

Collect training experience, goals, equipment needs and the relevant intake or waiver documents. Keep personal information accessible only to the people who need it.

03

Coordinate coaches and the venue

Share daily training, recovery time, meals and transport in the itinerary. Give coaches their participant groups and the venue its rooming and meal details.

  • During preparation

Request any missing equipment, intake or travel information.

  • Before camp

Share the training itinerary, kit list and meeting details.

What the guest sees

A booking and preparation journey they can follow.

Participants see what is included and how to prepare, with a schedule and packing guidance before they arrive.

What the operator sees

The booking and the work still to do.

Coaches can prepare groups and equipment from the guest records. Hosts manage rooms and meals while the operator tracks incomplete forms, waivers and balances.
