Surf camp booking software.
Ready for the whole week.

Let guests choose their camp week, accommodation, coaching and extras in one booking. Connect the deposit, surf level, waiver and airport arrival to the team running that departure.

The booking is the beginning

Fixed camp weeks, or stays that overlap.

A camp may sell a bed in a surf house, a private room for two, or a coaching package at several destinations. Each choice changes the rooming list, coaching groups, equipment and transfers. Marnie keeps the guest’s full selection with the departure and location they booked.

What needs to work together

A paid deposit tells you someone is coming. It does not tell the coach which board they need or the host when to expect them. Those details need to reach the right person before the week starts.

How it works

From the booking to a team ready to deliver.

01

Sell a complete surf week

Offer dates, private rooms or shared beds, coaching packages and equipment rental. Guests can add a transfer and reserve with a deposit. Keep room capacity and the surf package attached to the same booking.

02

Prepare the person behind the booking

Collect surfing ability, equipment preferences, dietary requirements, waiver signatures and travel details. A beginner’s first week needs different preparation from a returning guest bringing their own board.

03

Give the house and coaches a useful handover

Assign rooms, organise ability groups and prepare the transfer manifest. Share the week’s itinerary with guests, and give hosts and instructors the relevant arrivals, schedules and participant details.

For the people delivering it

The details each role needs.

For the coach

Ability level · board rental · lesson group · waiver status

For the house

Room allocation · stay dates · dietary information · arrival time

For the guest

Daily surf schedule · packing guide · pickup point · camp contacts

Routine follow-through

Let the next step follow the booking.

Configure messages around confirmation, payment due dates and arrival. Your team can focus on the guests and tasks that still need attention.

  • After confirmation

Send the booking summary, payment schedule and private guest link.

  • Before the camp

Request incomplete forms and waivers; send the packing guide and meeting point.

  • When a balance is due

Send the payment link while the balance is outstanding.

What the guest sees

A booking and preparation journey they can follow.

A guest books the surf-and-stay package, adds airport pickup and pays a deposit. Their private page collects the remaining details and opens the itinerary, so they know what to bring and where to meet.

What the operator sees

The booking and the work still to do.

Your host sees arrivals and rooms; coaches see groups and equipment; the transfer partner sees pickup details. Balance reminders use the payment schedule, leaving the team to handle exceptions.

Practical questions
