    Agree the trip

Dates, capacity and who does what.

  2. 02

    Open bookings

One page for the trip and its choices.

  3. 03

    Prepare the group

    Guest information and arrival details.

  4. 04

    Brief the team

A practical handover for the host.

How it works

From a shared idea
to a well-run trip.

01

Build the departure together

Agree the programme, dates, place limit, room options and what is included. Your team runs the operation; the creator or guest host brings their audience and their part of the experience.

02

Send the audience to one booking journey

Give the host a branded booking link to share. Guests choose the departure, room and extras, see the payment schedule and reserve their place. Their choices stay connected to the trip.

03

Prepare guests without a second admin process

Collect each guest’s required information, travel details and documents through the existing preparation flow. Keep booking, payment and preparation status with the same departure.

04

Make the host handover useful

Agree who welcomes the group, leads each session and handles changes. Share the itinerary, meeting points and relevant guest information with each person responsible. Keep sensitive details limited to the people who need them.

For the operator

Keep control of the operation.

You own the booking experience, room choices, capacity and guest preparation. A creator-led departure fits into the same process as the rest of your season.

  • One guest list for the shared trip
  • Payment and preparation status in context
  • Clear delivery responsibilities
For the creator or guest host

Focus on the people coming.

Share a clear trip offer and know what you are hosting. A practical briefing makes the programme, meeting points and agreed responsibilities easy to follow.

  • A booking link to share with your audience
  • An agreed programme and hosting role
  • Relevant arrival and activity details
Part of the same operation

What happens around this step?

  1. Online booking

Let guests choose the departure, stay and extras, then reserve with a deposit or full payment. Every choice carries through to the people running the trip.

  2. Shareable itineraries

Create a dedicated experience page for guests, hosts, guides and trip leaders, with the schedule and information each person needs.

  3. Teams & hosts

Share itineraries, relevant guest details, rooms, arrivals and responsibilities with the people delivering the experience.

Questions, answered

A few details before you team up.

Who is this for?

Camps and retreat operators working with creators, influencers, coaches, teachers or community leaders. The same approach works for a single guest-hosted week or a series of shared departures.

Does the host need a separate booking system?

No. Guests use the booking journey connected to your Marnie departure. The host can share that link while your team manages the rooms, capacity and guest preparation.

Are referral tracking, commissions and payouts included?

This collaboration workflow covers trip setup and operational coordination. Verified referral attribution, creator commission reporting and automated partner payouts are not included. Agree the commercial terms and settle partner payments separately.

Is this a creator marketplace or a separate host portal?

No. You bring the partnership; Marnie connects it to the departure. This page describes the booking journey and practical host handover, not a marketplace or a separate creator account.

Can you help configure our first shared trip?

Yes. Setup is included. We work through the booking choices, preparation steps and responsibilities with you. Marnie is $180 USD per month with no Marnie booking commission; payment-provider fees and your partner agreement are separate.
