In a real operating workflow

A clear payment plan from the day a guest books.

A €1,200 surf week can be reserved with a €300 deposit, followed by two €450 instalments. The guest sees the amount due now and the future dates. Your team sees money already collected separately from the amount still outstanding.

How it works

Set it up for the way you operate.

01

Set rules for the experience

Choose deposit or full-payment booking and set balance dates around the departure. Keep the schedule visible before the guest reserves.

02

Keep a complete payment record

See successful payments, outstanding amounts and refunds against the booking. Distinguish a scheduled payment from money that has actually arrived.

03

Connect payments to the next step

Use the payment state in confirmations and reminders. Review remaining balances before departure and open the guest record when a question needs a personal response.

Marnie connects the routine steps

After payment

Keep the payment record and remaining amount connected to the reservation.

As a due date approaches

Use the booking’s payment schedule and outstanding state for the relevant balance reminders.

Your team stays in control

Payment structure

Set a deposit, full payment or an instalment schedule that suits the experience.

Changes and exceptions

Review booking changes, refunds and guest questions with the current payment record in view.

For the guest

What the guest sees.

Guests know what they pay today and when the rest is due. Their private booking page provides the next payment step and current balance.

For your team

What your team sees.

Your team can open a booking, departure or location to review collected and outstanding amounts without matching separate payment links.

Part of the same operation

What happens around this step?

  1. Payment reminders

Use the actual amount due and the booking’s payment schedule to send useful reminders without drafting every email yourself.

  2. Payments & revenue visibility

Review booking value, collected payments, outstanding balances and capacity across departures and locations.

  3. Guest portal

Give guests a place to check their booking, make payments, complete preparation and open their itinerary.
