1. About this website
Marnie provides product information and a way to enquire about booking and operations software. Guest information handled within an operator’s Marnie workspace is covered by the applicable service agreement and the operator’s privacy information.
2. Business enquiries
When you submit a demo request or contact message, we store your name, email, business details and the information you choose to provide so we can respond. We use Supabase in the US East (us-east-1) region to store these enquiries, with access restricted to authorised administrators. Optional consent to receive product news is recorded separately from your enquiry, together with the time and notice version. Please avoid including guest records, health information, payment details or passwords.
3. Website delivery
The server receives the network information needed to deliver the website, including the requested page. Fonts, photographs and other page assets are served with the site; no external font service is embedded.
4. Optional traffic analytics
If you choose Accept, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views and visits. It processes page paths, referrer information, approximate location, and browser and device information for aggregate statistics without analytics cookies. We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs and do not send enquiry fields or custom events. Essential only, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep these analytics off. You can withdraw permission using Cookie preferences in the footer.
5. Form protection
The form uses validation, duplicate protection and submission limits. Keyed hashes of network and email information help apply those limits; raw network addresses are not stored in the enquiry records. Hosting providers may process request metadata to operate and protect their services.
6. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only your cookie preference in this browser, including your choice, notice version and expiry time. The choice expires after 180 days and can be reviewed using Cookie preferences in the footer. Enquiry details are not saved to cookies, session storage or local storage.
