1. Using this website
Marnie provides product information and a route to discuss its software service. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit information you do not have permission to share.
2. The subscription offer
The standard Marnie subscription is $180 USD per month and includes unlimited departures, locations and team members. There is no booking commission, platform percentage or per-departure fee. Payment-provider processing fees are separate. Free setup and integrations are included in the agreed implementation.
3. Starting the service
The scope, billing start, payment arrangements, access, cancellation process and responsibilities are recorded in the service agreement before an account is activated. Sending an enquiry or viewing this website does not activate a paid subscription or accept an operator service agreement.
4. Operator responsibilities
An operator remains responsible for the experiences it sells, guest communications, appropriate collection and use of guest information, payment-provider requirements and the legal documents it uses. Marnie does not provide travel, legal, tax or medical advice.
5. Content and illustrations
The Marnie name, approved brand assets and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. Product visuals show example booking and operating records. Third-party font licenses remain applicable.
6. Service terms and questions
